Melissa Guzmán Olivera currently holds the position of HR Manager at the International Potato Center. Melissa has extensive experience in HR, ranging from HR trainee roles to senior HR business partner positions. Melissa has successfully advised and supported senior managers in implementing HR policies and practices, as well as strengthened relationships between HR focal points and HRBPs in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. With a Master's degree in Human Resources from EAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Lima, Melissa has a strong educational background to support their HR expertise.
