The Operations and Support team at IPAF is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to both members and trainees. This team handles inquiries and troubleshooting through their Helpdesk Support, oversees operational efficiency directed by the Director of Operations, manages customer relations, and ensures high-quality service delivery. They also coordinate IT resources, lead operational projects, and maintain quality standards across all services and training programs.
