Leslie Sutter holds a Masters of Arts in Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Winona State University. Prior to her current role, she worked as the Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Manager since joining the company in 2008. She is experienced in every aspect of human resources-related topics and various employment & labor laws. Her relentless passion has been of significant value to the Human Resources department and the organization as a whole. Prior to her employment with the company, Leslie served on active duty with the United States Navy for 6 years.
