Francis K Rogers

Francis K Rogers serves as the Resident Country Director for Africa at the International Republican Institute since March 2022, overseeing governance structures, country strategies, and compliance with local laws, while also managing staff and program development. Previous roles include Country Director for the Center for Victims of Torture in Uganda, Country Director for World Concern in South Sudan, and Director of Programs at ACDI/VOCA, where Francis led technical program designs and donor compliance. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Director for West Africa at Impact Investment & Trading Group and Human Resources Manager for Child's Plan International in Liberia. Francis holds advanced degrees from Thunderbird School of Global Management, the University of Liberia, and Arizona State University, with specialization in leadership, educational administration, and sociology.
