Nesti Gjeluci

Nesti Gjeluci serves as the deputy director for the Europe Division. He oversees and manages programs on strengthening democratic processes and institutions in eight countries, including all six Western Balkan countries plus Bulgaria and Turkey. He also oversees regional and Washington-based staff.
