Rhonda O'Bannon

Rhonda O'Bannon has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rhonda has worked in both national and international organizations, gaining expertise in various HR functions. Rhonda's most recent role was as the Deputy Director of Global HR Operations at the International Republican Institute since February 2023. Before that, they served as the Global HR Operations Lead at Search for Common Ground from December 2019 to January 2023. Rhonda also worked as an International HR Advisor at Pact from January 2018 to November 2019. Rhonda has a long history of HR experience with organizations like the National Democratic Institute, Counterpart International, FHI 360, Vector Research, and DCS Corp.
