Sierra Kim

Sierra Kim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and program management in various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at the International Republican Institute since August 2017, Sierra has held multiple roles including Program Manager, Program Officer for the MENA region, Senior Program Associate for MENA, and Program Associate focusing on Legislative Strengthening. Prior experience includes working as Executive Assistant and Office Manager at the U.S. House of Representatives from March 2015 to August 2017, and as a Refugee Cash Assistance Case Manager and Support Specialist at Refugee Services of Texas from June 2014 to April 2015. Additional roles include an internship with Weekday Rx partnered with Mercy Corps in Jordan and a position as Research Affiliate at Innovations for Peace and Development. Sierra holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Global Studies, along with Arabic Language and Literature and Middle Eastern Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, and furthered education at the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy in 2014.
