Millie Workman

Millie Workman has a comprehensive work experience in the field of risk management and education. Millie served as the Director of Training and Education at the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI) from September 2006. Prior to that, Millie held the position of Director of Risk Financing at Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation from April 2004 to October 2005. Millie also worked as the Director of Risk Management at Mueller Industries, Inc. from July 1996 to April 2004. In addition, Millie was the Director of Corporate Risk Management at Belz Enterprises from December 1987 to July 1994. Millie has also been involved in leadership roles, such as the Chair of the CPCU-Loman Education Foundation Advisory Committee from October 2010 to January 2017, and the President of CPCU Society in 2005 and 2006.

Millie Workman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Union University, where they studied from 1965 to 1969. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in the field of risk management, including Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional, Energy Risk and Insurance Specialist, Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist, Management Liability Insurance Specialist, and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist. Millie is also an associate member of RIMS, the risk management society, since December 2007.
