Rebecca McCarthy has worked at International Risk Management Institute (IRMI) since August 1991 as a Client Services Specialist, specializing in billing and receivables for subscriptions. Prior to that, Rebecca worked at The City of The Colony - Water Department from 1986 to 1991 as a Water Department Billing and Accounts Receivables Representative.
