Michael Fulmore

Michael Fulmore is a seasoned software architect and development manager currently employed at International Roll-Call™ Corporation since September 2024. Prior to this role, Michael served as the Director of Engineering at Recast Software from August 2022 to July 2024. Additionally, Michael held various positions at ICF Next from November 2016 to July 2022, including Director of Technology Solutions and Senior Manager of Technology. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as Lead Programmer at Data Blueprint from December 2012 to November 2016 and was a Developer II and Desktop Support at Virginia Farm Bureau from July 2005 to December 2012. Michael earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science from J. Sargeant Reynolds from 2003 to 2005.
