Lucas Hitechew

Lucas Hitechew is an experienced program coordinator with a strong background in educational support and project management. Currently serving at International Scholarship and Tuition Services, Inc. since January 2023, Lucas previously held the position of Summit Project Director at Carter County Schools from June 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included the creation and oversight of a middle-college program for high school students and management of a team of liaisons. Prior to that, Lucas worked as a College Access Advisor and Website Coordinator at the Niswonger Foundation from June 2015 to November 2022, providing essential resources for student career planning and overseeing website development. Lucas began the career as a Sports Information Assistant at Milligan College, contributing to athletic communications and social media management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs/Communication Studies from East Tennessee State University and participation in the Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.
