Tom Joyce

Tom Joyce is an experienced educator with a focus on English and media studies. Currently serving as a Middle School English and Media teacher at the International School Aberdeen since August 2022, Tom has previously held various teaching and leadership roles at GEMS Dubai American Academy, Hailsham Community College Academy Trust, The Academy Selsey, and several other institutions. Notable achievements include leading initiatives to enhance literacy and numeracy across the curriculum and managing a team of English teachers. With a Bachelor of Arts in Film History from the University of East London, Tom has demonstrated a commitment to fostering student engagement and progress through innovative teaching methods and cross-curricular strategies.
