Rafael Oliveira

Rafael Oliveira is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of expertise in auditing, finance, and advisory services. Currently serving as a member of various organizations, including Board Club, IBGC, ICBR, and as a board member for Cia Minuano de Alimentos, Rafael also holds the position of partner and director at Coimbra Partners, focusing on M&A processes for middle market and emerging companies. Previous experience includes significant roles at Deloitte, where Rafael led numerous high-profile audit projects and international engagements across diverse industries, and at Natura, where leadership in corporate accounting was pivotal during an IPO process. Rafael holds degrees in Corporate Finance from FGV and Accounting from Universidade São Marcos.
