Robin Liao has a diverse work experience in the field of education. They started their career as a Teacher at Coomera Anglican College in 1997 and worked there until 2004. Later, from 2004 to 2010, they served as an IB Diploma Teacher at Utahloy International School. In 2010, Robin joined The International School of Penang (Uplands) as the Head of Department - Information Communication Technology (ICT). In addition to their administrative responsibilities, they also taught IGCSE ICT and Chinese Mandarin as a second language for native speakers.
Robin Liao completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) at the University of Southern Queensland from 1995 to 1997. The field of study for this degree was teaching a second language and information technology. During the same period, Robin also pursued a post-graduate diploma in further education and training at the same university, specializing in adult and continuing education administration and teaching.
