Cierra Cooper-Phillips Ed.M. serves as the Relationship Recruitment Manager for Europe and Leadership Search Coordinator at International Schools Services since July 2021. Previously, Cierra worked as an Improvement Analyst and Post-Baccalaureate Fellow at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching from July 2018 to July 2021 and as a Poughkeepsie Children’s Cabinet Policy & Research Fellow at the EdRedesign Innovation Lab of Harvard Graduate School of Education in early 2021. From June 2016 to July 2018, Cierra held positions as a Specialist in Special Education and Executive Assistant for Equity Initiatives & Outcomes at Seattle Public Schools. Earlier experience includes serving as a Legislative Intern for the City of Seattle from April 2014 to June 2016. Cierra holds a Master's degree in Human Development and Psychology with a focus on Child Advocacy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, completed in 2021, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Political Science and Government from Seattle Pacific University, earned in 2016.
