Iulia Lorela Nutu has a strong background in human resources management. Iulia Lorela is currently serving as the Head of HR at KOTUG International since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Seaways International starting from January 2014. From August 2010 to November 2013, Iulia worked as an HR Manager at Gromaxx Hotels Management LLC. Before that, they served as a Learning and Development Manager at Lena from June 2007 to July 2010. Additionally, they gained experience as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Praktiker Romania from December 2004 to June 2007.
Iulia Lorela Nutu, MA HRM, CIPD completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Middlesex University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology from Titu Maiorescu University in 2010.
