Christopher Hall is a seasoned professional in flow cytometry and laboratory management, currently serving as the Deputy Flow Cytometry Manager at The Babraham Institute since November 2020. Hall is also recognized as a SRL Emerging Leader with the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry, focusing on enhancing SRL operations through task automation and promoting bioinformatics among laboratory scientists. Previous roles include managing the Flow Cytometry Facility at EMBL in Rome, and serving as a Senior Research Assistant at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute. Hall's expertise spans from clinical trials to microbiological analysis, with a robust educational background including an MSc in Cancer Immunotherapy from the University of Nottingham and a BSc(Hons) in Applied Biology from Newcastle University.

ISAC’s mission is to serve a multidisciplinary community by leading technological innovation, scholarship, and the exchange of knowledge in the quantitative cell sciences. Our vision is to advance the impact of cytometry in meeting current and emerging challenges in the life, biomedical, and physical sciences. ISAC produces CYTO, the annual international congress of cell analysis technology and applications. CYTO 2019 will be held from June 22-29 in Vancouver, Canada.
