Preeamvada D. is an experienced professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Talent Development Manager for Africa at International SOS since July 2021. Previously, Preeamvada held roles including Soft Skills Trainer at Polytechnics Mauritius and Learning and Development Consultant at AHRIM. Preeamvada is also the founder of Empowering Potentials, with earlier experience as a Corporate Trainer at Constance Hotels, Resorts and Golf, where corporate-led training programs were developed for the hospitality industry. Preeamvada's career began as a Human Resources Coordinator at JM Goupille & Co Ltd, progressing through multiple HR roles, including Assistant HR Manager at Rogers Logistics Limited and Human Resources Administrator at Constance Belle Mare Plage. Preeamvada holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Studies and an ACMC degree in Meta Coaching and NLP from the University of Mauritius, alongside a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Law and Management.
