Ben Odom

Ben Odom serves as the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at NASCAR since January 2020. Previously, Ben held various positions at the International Speedway Corporation (ISC), including Associate General Counsel and Director of Compliance, as well as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Responsibilities encompassed overseeing SEC compliance, contract management, litigation, risk management, and general legal oversight for the organization. Ben's legal career at ISC began in February 2006 as an Associate General Counsel and Staff Attorney. Educational credentials include a law degree from Florida State University College of Law, earned between 2001 and 2004.
