Julie Giese

Julie Giese is the current President of ISM Raceway at International Speedway. Julie has held this position since July of 2022. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Track Marketing for NASCAR from March 2021 to July 2022. Before their time at NASCAR, Ms. Giese was the Managing Director of Business Operations for International Speedway Corporation from December 2016 to October 2018. In this role, they led the coordination between ISC’s 12 race tracks, internal corporate departments and the ISC Design & Development team on the company’s capital investment and redevelopment projects. These projects include the $178MM ISM Raceway Project powered by DC Solar, the $30MM Richmond Raceway Reimagined and $52MM Talladega Transformation. Ms. Giese was also responsible for guiding and focus all stakeholders, including external construction and design teams, on key marketing and operational opportunities related to capital investment projects. Additionally, they served as project manager for the company’s access control program development and business representative on the ISC security committee. Ms. Giese provided oversight of the ISC race track communications efforts, working closely with track and sanctioning body PR teams and the industry to drive coordinated and aligned messaging that supports business initiatives.

Julie Giese earned their Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Marketing Communications from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
