David A. Dodd CEcD/FM/HLM serves as the President and CEO of the International Sustainable Resilience Center since January 2016, focusing on sustainable disaster risk management and recovery. Dodd has maintained a position on the Advisory Board of the National New Markets Fund since 2006 and has led DADCO Consulting, Inc. as President since January 2000. Additionally, Dodd co-founded and chairs the Sustainability and Resilience Chapter of the World Association of Public Private Partnership Units and Professionals. Past roles include Co-Managing Principal at Confluence Advisors, Inc., Co-Director of an internationally-accredited economic development program at CETYS Universidad, and Partner at Morrison-Dodd Group, LLC, where significant projects, including Oklahoma City's economic development strategy, were executed. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business from Louisiana Tech University and further studies at Louisiana State University and the University of Oklahoma's Economic Development Institute.
