Jeff Okun is currently serving as an IT Specialist at the International Trade Administration, leading the Lean-Agile transformation through the adoption of the Scaled-Agile Framework (SAFe) 6.0. Previously, Okun held roles such as Lead International Trade Specialist, Acting Director, Senior Advisor, International Economist, and International Trade Analyst at various organizations, showcasing expertise in digital transformation, organizational improvement, and knowledge management within the international trade sector. With a background in economics and international relations, Okun has a strong educational foundation from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, University of Virginia, and Thomas Jefferson High School for Science & Technology.
