Jeffrey Hall has extensive work experience in the field of technology and IT management. Jeffrey started their career in 2011 as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer at U. S. Customs and Border Protection, where they were responsible for aligning technology objectives with business goals, establishing technology standards, and designing IT architecture. In 2015, they moved to the International Trade Administration and held various roles, including Director of Architecture Strategy & Design and Director of Product and Platform Delivery. In these roles, they focused on leveraging digital platforms such as Salesforce and Office 360 to optimize mission outcomes, promote information atomization, and accelerate e-commerce and CRM initiatives. Currently, they serve as the Chief Data Officer, overseeing data management and strategy for the organization.

Jeffrey Hall is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Individualized Study in Public Sector Information Management at George Mason University and is expected to graduate in 2024.
