Luis Octavio Arreola

Luis Octavio Arreola is an experienced international trade specialist with a diverse background in various roles within international trade and agriculture. Currently serving as an International Trade Specialist at the International Trade Administration since November 2022, Luis has also held leadership positions, such as CEO of Berakah Real Estate since April 2017 and General Manager at Arenal Ranching Operations for a decade. Prior experience includes multiple roles at the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service, such as International Program Specialist and Marketing Specialist, and a stint as a Public Affairs Specialist at Migrant House. Luis's education includes multiple master's degrees in International Relations and Divinity from Southeastern University and the American College of the Mediterranean, along with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from New Mexico State University.
