Anne Desmousseaux

Anne Desmousseaux is a seasoned intellectual property lawyer with extensive experience in protecting the rights of inventors, creators, artists, and entrepreneurs. As a founding partner at ALATIS since 1996, Anne specializes in intellectual, industrial, literary, artistic, and digital property law. Additionally, Anne serves as a professional representative before the EUIPO and is actively involved with the International Trademark Association (INTA) as a member of various committees, including the Emerging Issues Committee and the Trademark Reporter Committee. Anne has held leadership roles at the European American Chamber of Commerce in Paris and has served as a partner at several law firms, including ADminister and BREDEMA. Educational credentials include master's degrees in international law and international business law from CEIPI and Paris-Sud University.
