Monica Su has a diverse work experience in the legal and intellectual property fields. Monica started their career as an Associate at Lee and Li, Attorneys At Law in 2011, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they joined the China Trademark Association, where they worked in foreign affairs. In 2014, they worked as a project coordinator at the State Administration for Market Regulation before moving to the British Embassy, where they served as an Intellectual Property Officer of Business Support from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are working at the International Trademark Association (INTA), initially as China Representative Officer from 2018 to 2021, then as Sr. Representative Officer at the China Office from 2022 to 2023, and currently as Chief Representative Officer.
Monica Su obtained a Bachelor's degree in English literature from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2008. Monica then pursued a Master's degree in law from the University of Hamburg from 2009 to 2012. During the same period, they also earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in law from the China University of Political Science and Law.
