Maya Beal has a strong work history spanning several years. Maya started their career in 2003 at Playstream, LLC as an Accounts Receivable Manager. From there, they moved on to Brown and Caldwell in 2006, where they worked as a Senior Project Coordinator Supervisor. Following that, Maya joined Urban Design 4 Health in 2008 as a Finance and Administration Manager. Their most recent role was at the International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH), where they held multiple positions including Contracts and Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and currently, the Director of Finance and Operations. Maya has extensive experience in various aspects of finance, operations, and project coordination.
Maya Beal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Washington. Maya then pursued a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.

The International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) is a global network that works with local partners to develop skilled health care workers and strong national health systems in resource-limited countries. I-TECH’s approximately 1,000 worldwide staff work with local ministries of health, universities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), medical facilities, and other partners to support the development of a skilled health work force and well-organized national health delivery systems.
