Costanza de Toma

Costanza De Toma is an experienced Programme Officer in Social Protection at ITCILO, contributing to the design and delivery of impactful training courses globally since March 2020. Previously, Costanza was a Project Manager at Compagnia di San Paolo, overseeing a three-year project focused on upskilling convicts across multiple countries. As Director at Advocacy etc., responsibilities included strategy development and advocacy capacity building. Additional roles include Communications and Advocacy Officer at IIED, Senior Consultant at Hillgate Partners, Policy Advisor at NPC, Grant Programme Management Consultant at IPE Triple Line, and Advocacy Advisor at Save the Children UK. Costanza holds an M.Phil. in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies and a B.Sc. in Social Anthropology from The London School of Economics.
