Maud Ritz

Maud Ritz is a seasoned professional in the field of gender equality and inclusion, currently serving as a Programme Officer at ITCILO and Coordinator of the Gender & Diversity Network since May 2023. Previously, Maud held key positions at UN Women, including Head of Unit for Women's Economic Empowerment and Gender Coordinator for programs addressing the COVID impact on informal women workers. Experience also includes roles as an International Expert on Gender Equality with Expertise France and Advisor to the Deputy Mayor at the City Hall of Paris. Maud's contributions to gender issues extend through various organizations, including UN Women France and the French Ministry for Families. With advanced degrees from Sciences Po and Université Paris Cité, Maud's academic background includes intensive studies in international public management and gender and development, complemented by international exchanges focused on women's studies and human rights.
