Amber Brailer has over 20 years of experience in human resources and health management. Currently serving as the Director of the Health Management Unit at the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers since August 2012, Amber has also held the position of Assistant Director within the same unit. Prior experience includes roles at AECOM as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist, as well as working as a Benefits Analyst at AECOM (formerly McNeil Technologies). In addition, Amber contributed to Social & Scientific Systems as a Benefits Administrator and began a career in human resources at Spherix as a Human Resources Assistant. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completed between 2016 and 2020.
