Kim Hildebrandt is an accomplished valuation professional currently serving as the Member and Chair of the Tangible Assets Standards Board at the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) since 2020, where the focus is on developing global valuation standards. Simultaneously, Kim holds the position of Specialist Valuer for Infrastructure at Valuer-General Victoria, advising on government and privately held real assets and infrastructure since 2013. Prior experience includes ten years at EY, ascending from Associate Director to Assistant Director in Valuation & Business Modelling, where Kim led valuation teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and North America. Earlier roles include Project Officer at Valuer-General Victoria with a focus on integrating GIS for municipal valuations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Geomatic Engineering (Honours) from the University of Melbourne, complemented by certifications from the CFA Institute, CAIA Association, and American Society of Appraisers.
