Thomas Lee is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Chair of the Financial Instruments Board at the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) since December 2018. Thomas also held the position of Vice Chair on the same board. With a career at KPMG beginning in October 2000, Thomas advanced from Jr/Sr Accountant in Audit to become a Partner in Valuations in Canada. Prior roles at KPMG in Canada included Senior Manager, Manager, and Associate in the Valuations and Advisory departments. Thomas's early experience also includes a brief tenure as an Associate in Audit at KPMG UK. Educationally, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from the University of Toronto, completed in 2000.
