Varghese Babu

Varghese Babu is an accomplished IT and digital transformation leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of IT & Digital Transformation at the International Water Association since May 2019, Varghese is responsible for delivering a global Salesforce CRM-based Association Management platform and developing the organization's technical infrastructure. Prior to this role, Varghese held key positions at Whirlpool Corporation, including Head of IT PMO & Governance and Asia South Business Relationship Management Lead, where significant transformations in IT practices and client relationships were achieved. Varghese also worked at AkzoNobel, where expertise in managing global applications and leading project delivery for SAP and Salesforce was demonstrated. Varghese's academic background includes a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Model Engineering College.
