Judith Webb

Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO at International WELL Building Institute

Judith Webb brings to the IWBI table a broad portfolio of experience in helping organizations become fluent in the new grammar of higher value benefits – sustainability, human health and employee engagement. Her expertise has made her a sought-after counselor on messaging, marketing and reputation management for organizations and the executive teams that drive them. Prior to joining IWBI, Judith was Executive Vice President at the U.S. Green Building Council, where she culminated a 13-year tenure of helping shape the organization’s global brands and extending the influence and visibility of its executive team. She spent more than 20 years as principal strategist for several agencies, representing a broad range of technology, healthcare, manufacturing and professional services clients. Her early career in public and government affairs in Atlanta and Chicago ultimately led her to join then-Mayor Henry Cisneros’ team working to put San Antonio on the economic development and tourism map in the ‘80s. In 1987, she took charge of Atlanta’s highly regarded economic development marketing program, Forward Atlanta, leading efforts around that city’s hosting of the 1988 Democratic National Convention and Atlanta’s successful bid for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games.
