As the Canada Country Lead, Olesy is responsible for IWBI’s commercial growth and expansion, including business development, commercial strategy, client management, marketing and operations.

Olesy takes a client focused approach with over 15 years of Global Client Management experience, she is a strategic thinker, data driven marketer and global people leader working with over 100 most recognizable global brands across retail, aviation, hotel and banking sectors. Olesy takes a data driven and analytical approach to everything that she does leading Client Management, Business Development, Analytics and Business Intelligence teams in her prior roles.

Before joining IWBI, Olesy supported the launch of the new Delos Canada Office in Toronto leading brand expansion in the Canadian Market for both Delos and IWBI. Prior to Delos she was the Global Director of Partner Marketing at Points Int. leading a team of marketers in Toronto, London, Dubai, and Singapore managing a portfolio of 60+ partners from frequent flyer miles, hotel points, and credit card rewards. She supported the global expansion efforts into the Middle East & APAC regions setting up local marketing teams in Dubai and Singapore and launching partners like Emirates, Qatar, Air Canada to name a few.
