Vicki Lockhart champions a great user experiences and a data-centric mindset to ensure IWBI’s digital products drive the mission of creating healthier places where people thrive. Working as a product manager, this involves translating customer and business needs into improvements across the programme rules, operational processes, and digital tools. She was one of the original team building IWBI’s presence in Europe in 2017, and has been a driving force for the market’s rapid success through broad industry engagement with WELL.
Prior to IWBI, Vicki built a strong technical background in sustainability consulting, having worked over seven years with global engineering firm Arup in their Berlin and London offices to develop and deliver new global health and well-being consultancy services. Previously, she worked with a leading housing association, gaining insights to the world of affordable housing and delivery of supported living and care models into London communities.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Sheffield, with an extended dissertation study into the history of the UK social housing sector alongside the psychological and sociological constructs of ‘home.’ Today, she nurtures strong personal interests in the Nourishment and Mind concepts through cooking, gardening, yoga, craft and visual arts. She has been active in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) for many years, and has served on the UK Young Leaders Committee and as co-chair to the UK Sustainability Council.
