Allen Horn

Allen Horn is a fourth generation oil man from Abilene, Texas with over 20 years of experience in oil & gas exploration with specialty in production facility and oil field acquisitions. As a former Executive Vice President of an E&P company Earthbound Resources, Allen has participated in oil and gas exploration projects including drilling, testing, and completing over two hundreds vertical and horizontal wells in the Central/West Texas. He is also an expert in fracking and production improvement for shallow well formations.
