Brian Dombrosky has held a variety of roles since 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Shift Supervisor at FedEx Office, where they took precise customer orders, produced orders according to customer specifications and utilized scanners to digitize text, graphic and oversize documents. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Digital Print Specialist at Dupli Envelope and Graphics, where they printed orders on production printers, assisted pre-press staff in layout and design of customer artwork and was responsible for machine maintenance and ordering of paper stock. From 2010 to 2018, they were employed at AAA Western and Central New York, first as a Call Center Agent and then as a Dispatcher. As a Call Center Agent, they took phone requests for emergency road service, membership, travel planning, insurance, driver improvement and road trip planning, handled calls in a timely fashion and tracked customer interaction with CRM software. As a Dispatcher, they delivered an outstanding service experience to club members and contractors, dispatched road service to over 100 service garages and qualified addresses and breakdown descriptions. In 2018, Brian began working as a Systems Analyst at International Wire Group, Inc.

Brian Dombrosky attended Onondaga Community College from 2014 to 2016, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science. Brian also attended Penn State University from 2001 to 2002, studying Computer Science. No additional certifications were listed.
