Douglas Woodworth has over 27 years of experience in financial roles. Douglas began their career in 1994 as a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP, where they led multinational teams across 50 international offices in reporting for two leveraged purchase transactions and related €1 billion public bond offerings registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In 2004, they joined Praxair as Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, where they led financial evaluation of South American, Asian, Distribution, and Electronics business units and directed a global key performance indicator project. Douglas then moved to Globe Specialty Metals in 2007 as Vice President and Corporate Controller, where they led filing of S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and initial public offering on The NASDAQ Global Select Market. In 2011, they joined SunEdison (formerly MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.) as Vice President and Corporate Controller, where they directed financial reporting for unique Semiconductor Materials, Solar Materials, and Solar Energy reporting units and evaluated and assisted in implementation of a $1.4 billion global restructuring program. In 2012, they joined Handy & Harman Ltd. (a subsidiary of Steel Partners Holdings) as Vice President and Corporate Controller, where they directed financial reporting for Handy & Harman Ltd., publicly listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market, and participated in business development activities resulting in eleven separate purchase or sale transactions. In 2015, they joined CoSine Communications (a subsidiary of Steel Partners Holdings) as Chief Financial Officer, where they led financial integration of the acquisition of API Group plc., a manufacturer and distributor of foils, films, and laminates. In 2016, they joined Steel Partners Holdings as Chief Financial Officer, where they directed all aspects of the financial functions for Steel Partners Holdings L.P. (NYSE) and its consolidated subsidiaries. Douglas currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at International Wire, where they lead all aspects of the company’s financial functions, including strategic and annual planning, corporate finance and development, accounting and financial reporting, controls, and capital budgeting. Douglas partners with the Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors, and the private equity sponsor to achieve the company’s growth objectives and supports the company’s operations to reach business objectives.

Douglas Woodworth obtained their MBA/MEM from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2004, where they studied finance, management & strategy and operations management. Douglas also obtained a BS in Accountancy from Miami University between 1990 and 1994.
