Tracy McDiarmid is a seasoned professional in program quality management and gender advisory roles, currently serving as the Senior Program Quality Manager at the International Women's Development Agency (IWDA) since January 2017. Prior experience includes working as the Evidence and Learning Gender Advisor at World Vision Australia from March 2015 to January 2017, and serving as the Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience Advisor at CARE Australia from November 2012 to March 2015. Tracy also held positions such as ECHO Consortium Manager at DanChurch Aid in 2010 and worked as an International Consultant with ActionAid in the same year. Tracy McDiarmid completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in History from The University of Western Australia between 1995 and 2001.
