Karina LeBlanc, C.M. serves as the General Manager and President of Soccer Operations for Portland Thorns FC since November 2021. With a long-standing involvement in soccer, LeBlanc also contributes to FIFA's Women's Leadership Program and is a mentee in the IWF & EY Women Athletes Business Network. As an on-air personality with multiple television networks since 1999, LeBlanc embraces authenticity in broadcasting. The Karina LeBlanc Corporation, founded in October 2015, focuses on inspiring and empowering individuals based on LeBlanc's extensive experiences as a retired athlete. Additionally, LeBlanc holds the position of UNICEF Ambassador, aims to save children’s lives globally, and has served as an athlete ambassador for Canada Goose Inc. and a player ambassador for CONCACAF. LeBlanc, who has been involved in various media productions, plays a crucial role in promoting women's soccer in the CONCACAF region and speaks on leadership and teamwork at events for Teck Resources Limited. LeBlanc earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
