Aditya Rajderkar

Aditya Rajderkar has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the automotive and commercial vehicle industries. At International (formerly Navistar), Aditya served as Global Head and Chief Engineer for Interiors & Driver Environment, leading a global engineering team of over 60 members and managing critical product design initiatives. Previous roles included Senior Engineering Manager for IC Bus, overseeing a team of 18 design engineers and managing a $25 million budget for new product introduction (NPI) programs, and Engineering Manager in the Body Engineering department. Earlier experience includes leading NPI programs for Caterpillar Inc., serving as a Senior NPI Lead for the 770G/772G series Trucks, and working as a Machine Test Engineer and CAE Structural Engineer. Aditya's educational background includes a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
