Brad Schroeder

Brad Schroeder is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer-Team Lead at Navistar Inc since April 2012, Brad focuses on custom chassis engineering and the customization of customer orders. Previously, Brad held positions such as Senior Product Engineer at Masonite, where responsibilities included managing entry steel doors, and at Klein Tools, where responsibilities involved maintaining various product lines. Additionally, Brad has experience as a Flight Instructor, Product Engineer at Chicago Rawhide for automotive seals, and Senior Product Engineer at Affinia Brake and Chassis, specializing in brake and clutch components. Early career experience includes consulting engineering at Hazard Engineering, where forensic investigations were conducted. Brad holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and attended Oakton College prior to that.
