Lameka Grayson

LaMeka Grayson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee relations, culture, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Employee Relations Consultant at The International Motors since December 2024, LaMeka drives operational excellence through strategic consulting and process enhancement in manufacturing operations. Previous roles include Global Culture and Inclusion Program Manager at Dell Technologies, where LaMeka led the development of comprehensive inclusion programs, and Global Labor Relations Consultant, focused on fostering positive labor environments. Additionally, LaMeka has held various positions in human resources, including Employee Relations Director at L-3 Communications and Military Transition Assistance Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Labor. LaMeka also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of two successful sole proprietorships. LaMeka holds two Master's Degrees from Webster University in Human Resources Development and Management.
