Nancy Dome

Nancy Dome is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in leading and managing training initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at Navistar Inc since December 2022, Nancy oversees the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System for the international Parts Distribution Center network. Previously, Nancy held leadership roles including Learning and Development Manager at Domestic & General, where training programs facilitated the entry into the U.S. market, and as a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant at NDome Consulting, providing tailored solutions to enhance organizational performance. Additional experience includes positions at Wintrust Financial Corporation, Grant Thornton LLP, and Cash America International, where Nancy significantly contributed to leadership development and strategic learning initiatives. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Central Michigan University.
