Eda Nur Gencer

Eda Nur GENCER is the Managing Director of Internationaler Bund Turkey and ALYADA A. Ş, with extensive experience in project management, particularly focusing on EU and GIZ-funded development cooperation. Eda held the position of Senior Key Expert in Labor Market at Human Dynamics, working on a project aimed at increasing the employability of people with disabilities. Previously, Eda served as a CSR & Sustainability Lead Auditor at Fair Labor Association, where responsibilities included conducting social compliance assessments for major global brands and developing sustainability policies. Earlier career highlights include serving as Corporate Responsibility & Compliance Supervisor at STFA Construction Group, where Eda contributed to notable CSR projects and received an award for occupational health and safety. Eda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Marmara University.
