Jerry Berman

Jerry Berman is a board member at the Internet Education Foundation. Jerry has also served on the board of the Morgan County Economic Development Authority and the Morgan County Chamber of Commerce. Berman was the executive director of the Electronic Frontier Foundation from January 1992 to September 1994. Prior to that, they were the chief legislative counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union from January 1984 to January 1992.

Jerry Berman earned a BS from the University of California Berkeley, an MA from the University of California Berkeley, and an LLB from the University of California Berkeley. Jerry was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Boalt Law Review.
