Shannon Morley

Shannon Morley currently serves as the Senior Director of Institutional & Grant Funding at the Internet Society Foundation since March 2023, where responsibilities include shaping and growing the organization's fundraising efforts to support an open and secure Internet. Prior to this role, Shannon held pivotal positions in development across various organizations, including Director of Development at Baker Ripley, where a significant $1MM legacy gift was secured and support from a key foundation partner increased during the COVID response. At Preemptive Love Coalition, Shannon raised over $11M in a single year, achieving a notable 17% growth from the previous year, and while at Mercy Ships, established a successful foundation giving program that grew revenue by 40%. Earlier experience includes directing corporate and foundation giving strategies at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arkansas.
