Raquel Kroich

Raquel Kroich is a seasoned professional in event management and marketing with extensive experience in the technology and communications sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Events at the Internet Society since July 2022, Raquel is dedicated to promoting an open and secure Internet. Prior to this role, Raquel held senior positions at Connected, overseeing events strategy and marketing initiatives, and at the Strategy Institute, where Raquel managed multi-day conferences and exhibitions. Additional experience includes a role as Project Specialist at Instituto Brasileiro de Petróleo, Gás e Biocombustíveis, and Regional Marketing Specialist at PageGroup, contributing significantly to strategic communications and public relations. Raquel holds an MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and two Bachelor's degrees in Communications and Languages and Literatures from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina and Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, respectively, along with a Certificate in Public Relations from the University of Toronto.
