Robert Pepper

Robert Pepper is the Trustee at Internet Society. Robert has worked with various companies and organizations, such as Meta, The Aspen Institute, Cisco Systems, and Ofcom Spectrum Advisory Board. Robert was the Chief of the Office of Plans and Policy at the Federal Communications Commission from January 1989 to December 2005.

Robert Pepper received a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Ph.D. from the same school.
